I MADE MY CONTRIBUTION ON A TEAM & I WAS RICHLY
REWARDED
Approximately three years ago, I started my journey to become a first-time homeowner. Once I aligned myself with Sydney (to be my Loan Originator), he immediately alerted me that the process would be time consuming, complex, and at times, seemingly repetitive.
Upon initiating and finalizing the process, I came away with the following experiences:
(1) A wealth of how to ethically and successfully navigate the mortgage landscape.
(2) The process can be intimidating, but if one approaches the process as working on a team with one aim and goal (similar to a sports team, whereby each team member applies the game's fundamentals to achieve a winning outcome), one's success of homeownership will be achieved.
(3) Sydney brings to the situation an extreme sense of passion (second to none), transparency, professionalism aligned with a strong ethical foundation, a reservoir of mortgage and real estate experiences, which he utilizes to the fullest, in order to achieve success for his client(s).
(4) But what stood out most to me is Sydney's keen listening ability (he actively listened by not interrupting, when you have something to say; and if he disagreed or agreed, you are immediately presented with a story, which allows you to come away fully understanding/appreciating the finality of what was being discussed), which gives you the feeling of a respected and full participant of the process.
Based on this rewarding experience with Sydney, I am enthusiastically recommending his services to any individual that comes across this testimonial, whether you are in the market shopping for a home, or you know someone that is shopping for a home/refinancing, to immediately seek out and align yourself or have your friend do the same with Sydney, and I assure you, you and/or your friend will not be disappointed; but instead, will be rewarded, just like I am, with an enlightening and successful achievement of closing on your transaction— homeownership or refinancing. I closed on Thursday, November 12, 2020.
