Our road to home ownership initially started with a large, residential lender head-quartered in California; this relationship quickly dissolved, as the lender did not fully grasp how to properly apply the mathematics relative to student loans.

Nonetheless, we continued on our journey; especially, with our recent addition to our family - our son. We immediately started to canvas other loan officers - we went to Sydney's website and were extremely impressed with his stated philosophy of guiding aspiring, first time, home owners in realizing their dreams, the quality testimonials given by some of these he helped to achieve their dreams, and most importantly, his accruements of accounting and finance to us, these were essential to properly interpreting and applying the correct formulas to our combined student loans.
