Our Home buying journey was like driving through a terrain with some hills and many valleys. After contacting some bigger banks and being denied of even a pre-approval because of our student loans (who doesn’t have those right?) our realtor introduced us to Sydney and assured us that he was really good and he really was he was a God-send and helped get us into our 1st home.

A little back story – My wife and I began our home buying process the right way, we cleaned up our credit, paid down high credit card balances and started vigorously saving. When we were ready, we approached some of the bigger banks because of their reputation and were disappointed when they “walked away” because of how they calculated our student loans.

That’s when our realtor advised us to speak to Sydney and after speaking with him, we agreed to move forward with him as our Loan Originator and my oh my thanks to Sydney and his savviness in navigating the Mortgage process helped us to us to realize our dream of home ownership!

After reviewing our financials, student loan histories, and credit reports, we worked together as a cohesive unit, to achieve our dream of Home ownership.

We would admit, Sydney’s detailed method, constant request for documents, and flurry of questions, at times, appeared annoying and unnecessary. However, in hindsight, now we realize that he was taking great care in getting us to the finish line. We closed on our Home on April 6, 2021 and we have nothing but gratitude for Sydney.

Sydney was/is reliable, dependable, and presented us with an outstanding navigation of the mortgage process, which was instrumental in our achieving our dream of becoming a first-time homeowner.
