We are currently pleased that our nightmare has come to an end. Our journey started in 2017 when we worked with a major commercial bank and obtained a mortgage loan that paid off our outstanding mortgage, to do rehabilitation to our home. This turned into a nightmare as the bank paid the contractor and our home was left mid project, incomplete, and in an unlivable condition.

We were devastated. However, a good friend of the family was made aware of our situation and introduced us to Sydney Lewis of Homestead Funding Corp.
